Fast and easy vet bills reimbursement
Invoices and receipts: In the event of an operating or health insurance case: Please make sure that the veterinary statement contains information about you and the insured animal (e.g. name, age, breed, chip number). Please make sure your invoice contains a diagnosis. This is imperative.
Chip or tatoo number: With your first damage report, we absolutely need the chip or tattoo number of your animal. If your fur nose is not chipped/tattooed, we will reimburse the costs in the health insurance tariffs as part of the pension flat rate.
IBAN / Account number: Please let us know the account number to which the money should be transferred. This is especially important if you do not pay by direct debit and we do not have any account details.
In some cases, a pet journal might be needed.
