Should something not go as expected, we are here for you. If you are dissatisfied with how your request has been handled, please contact us.

How can you submit your complaint?
Please send us your complaint in writing. To enable us to help you quickly, please include your name, your insurance number, the reason for and your desired outcome of the complaint, and send all relevant documents (e.g. receipts, photos, etc.) directly with it.

What happens with your complaint?
- •Confirmation of receiptYou will receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint.
- •ProcessingWe will carefully review your request and will usually get back to you within five working days.
- •If it takes longerShould the review take longer, we will of course inform you about the current status and the next steps.

If you disagree with our decision, you can contact other independent bodies.
