What to know before visiting the vet - so your claim gets reimbursed faster
To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please ask your veterinary clinic for the following:
- 1. The patient recordAsk the clinic for a printout of your pet’s patient record, including documentation of the current treatment.
- 2. Records from other clinics (if relevant)If your pet visited multiple veterinary clinics during this treatment period, please request the relevant records from those clinics as well.
- 3. Submit everything togetherWhen you file your claim, upload the invoice and patient record together.Providing all documents at once helps us review your claim faster.
- 4. If the patient record is not availableIf your veterinarian cannot provide the patient record or if none exists, they can instead complete our Veterinarian Form.Once we have received the full documentation, you do not need to submit it again for future claims.
